Curr Genet. 2003 Apr;43(1):1-10.The H. sapiens protein P46934 does not complement a homologous mutation in S. cerevisiae. This paper shows that hNedd4 (P46934) improved the growth and partially suppressed the endocytosis defect of yeast rsp5-w1 mutant cells, but it did not restore the viability of the yeast rsp5 null mutant.
